As a procedure, 1-5mg heparin was injected into the mesenteric artery of the jejunal segment before the resection was carried out, and then we ligated and cut down the vessels at the injected parts.
Such method carried nothing of uneasiness for thrombose in the isolated segment, when the operation lasted over 2 hours. And we did not notice the trouble some canulixation and perfusion by the dextran or heparin sodium, which preserved from the damage of the vascular intima of the isolated segment. Such a method indicates the higher existence of the ganglionic nerve cells in the intestinal wall in its segment by histological studies, that is the pacemaker of the intestinal movement.
