Nissol is a new agricultural chemicals developed by Nippon Soda Co. Ltd, as a miticide. It is an organic flourine compound, chemically named N-Methyl-N-(1-naphthyl) fluoroacetamide with a following chemical formula.
I studied the antidotal virtue to Nissol intoxication on the living body and results was as follows:
1) From the hematological point of view I found a decrease of leucocytes in rabbits by Nissol injection. Some drugs, such as Sodii thiosulfate, Gluthrtione, Cystine, Paniltin, Mercapto, Thiola, Methionine, Antabuse, Thiourea, Vitamin B
1, Alinamin, Thioctic acid, Chlorpromazine, Vitamin B
6, Orotic acid, Vitamin C, Glucose, Glucuronic acid, Strong Neominophagen C, Glycyrrhizine, Acetamide and Monacetin are effective.
2) No significant differences were found in the blood-sugar level of the rabbit betweenn the Nissol injection and the control group.
3) There is a rectilinear relation between the survival time (t) and the Nissol concentration (C).
This data fits the Freundlich adsorption isotherm and this phenomenon is an adsorption as it applies to the Ostwald toxic equation.
4) Paramecium and Colibacillus are killed by concentrated Nissol.
