A newly developed high speed multiplexer for satellite ISDB experiments in 21GHz band for example COMETS (Communications and Broadcasting Engineering Test Satellite) is described in this paper. This multiplexer can efficiently and flexibly multiplex HDTV, SDTV and other multimedia service by using ISDB multiplexing format, and can output TS at the rate of more than 100Mbps.
