抄録

A 5-in. QVGA flexible AMOLED display with OTFT backplane has been fabricated. The gate insulator film of the OTFT backplane was formed using solution process. The fabricated OTFT-driven flexible display, in which phosphorescent materials were used as emitting layers of OLEDs, showed clear moving images.
