従業員個人の倫理と企業の倫理体制に関する一考察(統一論題 個人倫理と組織倫理)

抄録

The business ethics is the vital concern in corporations. This paper tries to analyze the ethics of individual employees and the overall ethical structure of corporations. As the source of the ethics of individual employees, ethics educations throughout elementary, middle and high school are examined, referring to the guidelines provided by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In the course of the analysis of overall ethical structure of corporations, business ethics code such as "IBM Japan's Business Conduct Guideline" and "THE SHISEIDO CODE" are focused on, referring to Kohlberg's "The Six Stages of Moral Judgment". Then, the characteristics of the ethics of individual employees and the overall ethical structure of corporations are presented.
