3M and General Electric Company (GE) have the same origin that is an US based global company, and have been operating businesses over 60 countries. However from the cultural stand point, they have different approach to unify the diversified operations. The key to synchronize the personal moral and corporate integrity is to have the unified culture. This practical study is focusing on how leading global companies execute the challenge of the cultural uniformity by comparing the typical two US based global companies.
