Abstract

In this paper, we briefly review the history of broadcast education and forecast future use of it. The transition of school broadcast utilization is inseparably related to the changes in the course of study, school curriculum, equipment, and teaching-learning styles. Although it is said that broadcast education has been declining last decade, we find that there are a variety of teaching-learning activities using internet, computer and broadcasting as well as direct experiences. It is important to understand that not only using school broadcast, but also combination of different media be utilized in school. In order to facilitate this strategy, development of digital archive and sharing lesson plan among schools should be recommended.
