Abstract: As times change, the skills required of human resources who can respond to the environments are also changing. Recognize how society is changing and confirm what kind of human resources are needed as a result. Next, we will introduce the current human resource development at National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), and the pioneering environmental education being carried out at Kumamoto KOSEN.
