In the geothermal field, the permeable-impermeable boundary is at around 3 km depth. This boundary consists of the local minimum value of quartz solubility in the Kakkonda field, Japan. In this study, calculation of quartz solubility reveals the relationship between the permeability and WRI in the deep drilling wells recorded overpressure in the world.
