Regional Information contains a lot of field such as administration, tourism and community. Up to now, these information has been supplied from individual sender disorderly and acceptors should access these sources separately. But from the point of city marketing, customers of city or region seek comprehensive information not necessarily decided by the supplier of it. Under these conditions, Internet made possible to display these information on unified platform.
In this paper, Web Pages of local governments were analyzed especially concentrated on the function of “hyper link”.
Because of “evenhanded principle” or responsibility, governments should point links under considerable limitation. From these point of view, independent sector such as private companies or Npos should supply comprehensive city or regional linkage information system. And public sector has to arrange the fundamentals to put into practice of these conditions.
