School closures due to COVID-19 have reminded us that schools are having a serious impact on children`s lives. Even a year and a half after the start of COVID-19, many countries still have closures. School closures had an immediate and serious impact on the way of living, working, and the function of schools, which has been self-
evident until now. It was decided to be asked concretely in a specific way.
On the other hand, there are many differences among countries in their responses to COVID-19. This is also due to the differences in the characteristics of compulsory education. Since France is a country that is not obliged to attend school but is obliged to educate, digital education and distance learning prepared for school absenteeism and home education vary by national distance education center, state-owned television, and radio broadcasting. Due to the abundance of programs and teaching materials from national institutions, they were able to quickly move online after the pandemic. However, at the same time, many parents reaffirmed the importance of direct dialogue for the growth of their children and professionalism of teachers who are essential workers even during online learning.
