行政手続における申請者の行動特性分析実験

抄録

This research analyzes the behavioral trait under the situation that a citizen apply to government by using only limited basic information. We did the experiment to follow an application procedure only by information equal with information offered by the multipurpose systems. The result of the experiment informed of the difference of the applicant's action between success and failure.
