Success factors of campus information system replacement project

Abstract

This paper deals with success factors of the replacement project of a campus information system at a polytechnic. Defining candidates of success factors, we show some factors and their related activities which were recognized to be important by the project members. Finally, we focus on such success factors from the viewpoint of the difference of recognition among the project members.
