Abstract
A key problem for enterprises in today is the separation between strategy and information systems. Further, there is an increasing need for cross-functional requirements coordination to realize strategies that can adapt to change. Under these circumstances, BABOK has become a high expectation as the framework to improve the link between corporate strategy and business operations. BABOK provides knowledge for high-level analysis. It is a collection of business analysis knowledge reflecting best practice. However, BABOK has a high abstract expression, so it needs some adaption to applying its in practice. This paper establishes a structure for resolving the problem of eliciting and analyzing requirements which span from strategy to operation by tool sets around Systems Thinking.
