Abstract
This paper proposes a preview customer recommendation system to support real estate salespersons. Most customers who aim to start restaurant business currently begin to look for alternative real estate by a search engine site in the Web, however, a considerable gap is observed in the preference between the results by a search engine site and the final choice of real estate by the customer. In order to improve the gap, the preview process is concerned greatly. Salespersons put much time and effort to encourage customers to preview real estate. This research calculates the "Kodawari" of customers from the log of a search engine site for customers, and proposes the recommendation system which supports salespersons in their sales activities.
