Study on the firms growth process which take an advantage of local resources

Abstract

When watching the energetic companies in regional, there are many firms which were originally founded by leverage of the local resources. Then, regional firms to respond to changes in the economic environment by making efficient use of their human resources and technologies which companies have since its inception. Thus, it makes possible to develop into growth areas. In this research, the factors for the growth of these regional companies were modeled.
