IT utilization and "Equity" culture in rural areas

Relationship between IT and culture from a point of view of local economy's vitalization

Abstract

This paper is intending to clarify how we should deal with the issue of rural economy's vitalization by using IT and make a theory model. I analize 6 cases including success and failure with redefinition of the concept of vitalization, critical analysis of platform theory, and the concept of "equity" culture. And I make a theory model and verify the compatibility
of the model, testing 16 cases. The conclusion is that the model is mostly compatible and the relationship between vilatization/IT and equity culture is critical.
