Abstract
It is already known (1) that there is a relationship between the happiness and the productivity, (2) that the happiness is determined by hereditary component (50%), environmental component (10%), and behavioural component (40%), among others. Furthermore, the health, which is related to and constitutes the happiness, is specified as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. The project investigates the methods to manage well-being at the workplace through researches, experimentations, and analyses, to improve the happiness and the productivity. The article discusses and speculates on our approaches.
