Abstract
Since 1990, the research area of service design research has been extended from interface and interaction design to user experience design. In recent years, the research areas of UX or human-centered design are expanded including service systems and service life cycle based on service dominant logic. The aim of this paper is to derive a service system framework to integrate micro, meso and macro view of service systems considering context and temporal change based on the results of service design research, especially future creation design and management research. In this paper, in cooperation with the service business model study group of the Service Design Network Japan branch (SDNJ), we derive a service system framework considering context and temporal change.
