Abstract
Restaurant information service which provides restaurant information via the Internet has appeared in the late 1990s. With the spread of ICT, several services appeared and they became predominant restaurant search methods. Each service has its own characteristics depending on the difference in business model.
The aim of this study is to clarify the source of current competitive advantage through secondary analysis of the questionnaire survey of user of restaurant information service.
