The purpose is to allow other hospitals to browse the patient's medical data and provide appropriate treatment in the event of an emergency. This propose include management framework that using UMA that enables user-centered access management and an authorization server that allows users to easily set access control. A user will issue an authorized access token to a specific person from an authorization server, encrypts it with a public key, and stores it in the blockchain. Since it is necessary to prove that you are a specific person at any time the user can decrypt the encrypted access token using the specific person's private key. This allows access to a patient's medical data by a particular doctor in the event of an emergency.
