Abstract

It is aware of the importance of IT productivity improvement efforts and IT promotion policies have been in place for more than 20 years. In addition, digital transformation(DX) has become a trend keyword and companies are expected to improve their productivity through business innovation. However, the reality is that many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have yet to use IT well.

In recent years, a network of support for SMEs is being promoted through collaboration between regional financial institutions and cloud vendors, with the aim of improving SMEs productivity and digitizing management. This report discusses the trends and expected roles of this network.
