Manufacturing is closely related to environmental problems. In all processes of commercializing materials, we must be environmentally friendly. In particular, it seems that the load on the environment is great during processing. To that end, it is necessary to cultivate personnel who acquire environmentally friendly skills. The following two points are conceivable as a method of human resources development. Train by incorporating environment-related subjects (department and practical skills: For example, regarding effective utilization of residual materials or waste materials generated during training) into the training curriculum. Train while constantly conscious of 5S's efforts, feelings of treating things, and Mottainai feelings.
