AbstartA low-voltage, low-power low-dropout regulator is built with COMS transistors only, featuring low sensitivity with respect to technology and temperature. Supply voltage can be as low as 1V. This paper presents an LDO regulator in a 0.18nm COMS process, in which an EA with an embedded voltage reference (EVR) is employed.
