部分的な影で反映されるダイオードの電流とPVモジュールの電圧の数値解析

抄録

The authors have studied the diagnosis method of PV systems. In this paper, influences of partial shadow reflected partly on PV panels on the electrical component of solar cells are numerically investigated by using the LT Spice simulation. The change in current and voltage distribution for every cell component are demonstrated and discussed based on the numerical results. It is clearly illustrated that the cell with the lowest transmission of sunlight among the cells concerned dominates the whole characteristics of the PV module.
