風力発電事業におけるならし効果と経済性との関係についてのRSVMを用いた考察

Allowable capacity (AC) of wind power generation (WTG) penetrated into the grid depends on allowable fluctuation of output power, which is increased by the smoothing effect. Smoothing effect is observed when there is no correlation in output power of each WTGs, in that case, each projects have complementarity. We proposed RSVM as asset evaluation method which can obtain the AC of combined project considering risk. In this research, we obtain the AC by RSVM, and consider relation between the AC of WTG project in engineering sense and that one in economic sense.
