再生可能エネルギーと統合された電力システムの負荷周波数制御

抄録

Recently, the amount of renewable energy source (RES) penetration into the power system is remarkable. These devices often cause the system frequency to deviate, resulting in a loss of system reliability. In particular, the types of RES output power which vary steeply and significantly are causes for concern. Therefore, it is necessary to consider methods to control the system frequency while maximizing the output power of these RES devices. This paper presents a method of load frequency control using model predictive control to address the fluctuation of power system considering RES.
