無線センサネットワーク用900MHz帯レクテナの設計

Authors have proposed a wireless sensor network for monitoring slope. In this system, when an error occurs in the power supply system of the wireless terminal, it is necessary to directly reset the wireless terminal. The restoration of the system is able to operate remote control using the proposed rectenna.　In this paper, a rectifier of 900MHz rectenna is designed. Simulated and measured |S11| are compared. Moreover, simulated and measured RF to DC conversion efficiency are investigated.
