Our purpose is to obtain the quasi antiferromagnetic (AFM) film by mean of the 90 degree magnetic coupling occurred between ferromagnetic (FM) layers through Fe-O, as the quasi AFM is expected to show spin transfer torque (STT) easier than the real AFM film. Pinging one FM magnetization near IrMn, the other FM should turn to quasi AFM resulting from the 90 degree magnetic coupling. In this report, we characterized the magnetic structure of quasi AFM film by using Spin SEM. We will show that the magnetic structure depends on the magnitude of 90 degree magnetic coupling.
