This paper introduces a 4-element MIMO antenna operating in the 5G-Sub6 GHz band. The previous design is a 2-element one, and a 4-element one operating at 3-6 GHz is proposed in this paper. New decoupling elements are inserted at the separation to operate in required bands. Separation lengths were reduced to 0.1 wavelength at 3GHz. These elements were inserted at each separation to improve the isolation and to reduce mutual coupling. The antenna system satisfies |Smn|≤-15 dB & |Smm|≤-10 dB (3-6 GHz), and it is a competitive candidate for modern 5G-Sub6 GHz applications.
