抄録
Interhemispheric approachの長所は,脳室の大きさに関係なく,かつ脳梁以外に正常脳組織をほとんど犠牲にせず側脳室,第3脳室に到達できる点である.今回translamina terminalis, anterior transcallosal, posterior transcallosal, occipital transtentorial approachなどの手術時必要な第3脳室,側脳室,脳槽,動静脈系の微小外科解剖について述べるとともに,これら手術時留意すべき点について解剖学的見地から言及した.
