Abstract
A gas chromatographic method for the screening of organophosphorus and organochlorine insecticides is described, employing an apparatus with hydrogen flame ionization detector and column containing 1.5% SE-30 silicon polymer or 1.5% neopentyl glycol succinate as the liquid phase. Retention times are given for 22 kinds of insecticides chromatographed on each column at three different temperatures.
