A woman, aged 21, noticed a tumor-like swelling in the left canine fossa when she was 8 years of age. The tumor, which was enlarging gradually, has rapidly grown recently, and she has come to feel slight pain. Considering it as haemangioma from its appearance, the author extirpated it incising the mucous membrane around it. Pathohistologically it was haemangiorna cavernosum with irregular blood-vessel multiplication.
