Two cases of antroepipharyngeal polyp and three cases of antromesopharyngeal polyp were reported. In each case, it was observed that the polyp originated in maxillary mucous membrane. As to treatment, it is suitable that the maxillary mucous membrane and ethmoid cells together with polyps should be removed. The X-ray examination making clear the contour of antroepipharyngeal polyp was helpful for diagnosis.
