The patient was male, aged 72. His cheif complaints were sore throat and swelling at the left submandibular region. The tumor was associated with metastasis and they were removed as one block. The tumor was approximately goose-egg in size, and was found to be cystic. No recurrence was noticed during two years after surgery.
