C1 chemistry is extremely focused now as it deals with syngas, carbon dioxide and methane conversion by varied catalysts and processes. We are researching and developing novel catalysts and new reactions which directly synthesize light olefins, gasoline, jet fuel, as well as aromatics including para-xylene via FT synthesis and methanol synthesis, accomplished by new and significantly powerful capsule catalysts. In this report, we introduce one-pass selective conversion of syngas or carbon dioxide, to para-xylene. And some other new C1 chemistry reactions such as ethanol synthesis from syngas and dimethyl ether are also elucidated. Furthermore, metal 3D printing technology for functional integration of C1 chemistry catalytic system is disclosed.
