Uji city stuffed from flooding disaster in the summer of 2012. They were on the way to revise their disaster response plan reflecting the lessons from the Tohoku earthquake disaster. For the first step of revising process, Kyoto University evaluated the disaster response plan, and clarified the points need to be amended recommendation in 2011,. This paper validate the adequateness of those points by comparing the real issues in disaster response of flood disaster. Uji city improvised their response to accommodate issues on real disaster response. This paper clarifies the essential contents for the disaster response plan of post-Tohoku earthquake from the lessons of real disaster response experiences of City of Uji.
