阪神・淡路大震災における住宅再建の現状と課題

This paper is written about the problem of housing reconstruction after Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake disaster.There are many reports which were written about housing reconstruction plannning after Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.We gave an account of the problem which victims face on at the present days by questionnaire survey.We make it clear that follows; 1 Dwellers who live in the public housing for Earthquake victim have an afimative opinion of thier living condition. 2 Because of the 'simple-line program of housing reconstruction policy',the personality in the damaged area has changed and it is difficult for old dwellers to return the same zone. 3 Six years have passed since 1995,but the life condition in the damaged area is still hard.Specially,economic condition is very hard there.
