Abstract

New pharmaceutical practical training based on the revised model core curriculum for pharmaceutical education has started in February 2019. And we held the symposium as a pre-event for the 4th annual meeting of Japan Society for Pharmaceutical Education to discuss new practical training at Nagoya City University. At the symposium, we discussed how to follow the guideline for new practical training, and exchanged opinions on improving the method of conducting the training, enhancing the quality of new training evaluation, and promoting the training with interactive experience. I introduce those opinions at the symposium, and I emphasize that the university and the academic society need to actively contribute to make the training more effective.
