教育用CAD/CAM教材の開発

We have developed CAD/CAM teaching materials for education based on computer assisted instruction (CAI). As a result, we developed 3D-CAD education system as CAD teaching materials, and made a practical use of the system. This system consists of lecture, exercise, evaluation and guidance. The system performs of all except for the last guide. Therefore, it is possible to teach many students in several teachers. Besides, as manufacturing teaching materials, we have developed CAM/NC education system to learn a series of manufacturing process to a machine tool from CAM system. In particular, when operating NC machine tool, the technology to be able to correct NC program becomes important. Therefore, we have developed G-cord simulator system as NC program teaching materials. This paper describes the outline and educational effect by the teaching materials.
