抄録
A 6-year-old girl with cervical giant lymph node hyperplasia (Castleman's disease) was reported. This tumor was appeared in the right neck after the mumps. It was complete removed easily. Pathological diagnosis was a cervical giant lymph node hyperplasia, hyaline-vascular type. This case represents the youngest patient ever described as having such a cervical lesion in Japan.
