After publication of this work, an incorrect description of the cited study was found. Within the discussion on page 191, in the second paragraph, "Hirata et al. reported significant slowness in MCV of the sural nerve" should be revised to "Hirata et al. reported significant slowness in MCV of the ulnar nerve". This revision does not affect the discussions of this study.
