日本における地区レベルの計画・規制の実際からみた物的計画項目に関する考察

In this article the author discusses physical design items which are at present in effect in planning Practice of Osaka City and Sakai City, in district planning control in Japan. In this study, variety and temporal or non-temporal effect of district planning and controling tools are categorized in to three. Brief comparison is made among Japanese district planning system and German and Swedish ones.
