The purpose of this study is to make it clear that the relation between the type of Reserve Land and the urbanization in the Land Readjustment project areas. There are two types of Reserve Land, "dotty allocation type" and "intensive allocation type". We analyze characteristics of land use of Reserve Land of intensive allocation type. And we evaluate intensive allocation type compare with dotty allocation type for sales, building up and urbanization in the areas. As a result, intensive allocation type of reserve Land has the effect on urbanization in the Land readjustment project areas.
