密集既成市街地再整備を目的とした小規模区画整理に関する研究

和歌山県田辺市の商業系土地利用を主とした地区における事例研究

The existing improvement project has some subjects about its effectiveness. And it is necessary that the further improvement project has effectiveness about land-exchange, more public supports, and so on. Therefore, in this study, I examine the plan of the small scale land readjustment project for improvement of the densely built-up area. I conduct case studies at GINZA DISTRICT and AOI DISTRICT in Tanabe city, Wakayama pref., and the following points are examined. 1) It has validity for inhabitants participation to establish a small scale district. 2) But, some subjects, from monetary problems, must be discussed.
