Abstract
We developed the new system with our idea that is to controll the inlet pressures of double tube pump to drain and return blood by automatic pressure controller, improving our “Handy type Plasma Exchange Hemofiltration System in 1979”. It is 250mm Width, 350mm Hight, 366mm Depth and about 15Kg Weight. It contains new type of blood pump, heparin infuser, T. M. P. and Venous pressure monitors with upper and lower limit alarms, bubble detector. Results of in vitro and in vivo examinations are satisfied with safty use and various applications. Deviation between substitution and filtrate volume is -2.93% averaged 3 times in vivo examinations (filtrate: 2000ml).
