Abstract
 The movement of enterprise BCP was delayed because the administrative function of the municipality to say nothing of struck of the enterprise fell from the damage due to East Japan great earthquake large scale and large area into no all states and the obstacle caused to the initial motion correspondence. However, the situation that exceeds assumption is to be able to happen, and enterprise BCP that can appropriately correspond to the situation is requested to settle on. In the present study, it proposes the method of mortgaging the effectiveness of enterprise BCP based on resilience's idea.
