This paper examined the possibility of using the ranking of participatory human rights learning to learn, in a multipurpose way, the three aspects of the qualities and abilities to be nurtured in human rights education. In this study, we conducted class practice. Then, we analyzed learning sentence descriptions via the KJ method based on human rights education materials published by the Board of Education. The aim was to determine the possibility of comprehensively extracting the components of the qualities and abilities that are to be nurtured in human rights education.
