Recent development for personal computers in, not only hardware but also software has been remarkably improved. The application for 3-Dimentional object become more and more popular in the usage of the personal computers one of these days. However, the realtime data input or 3-D transaction with free curved surface are not so popular yet because of its indicated and enormous surface data.
This paper makes the surface data volume compact and reduce its lead time with the method inputting surface data by sampling of surface points and reconstruction of 3-D surface model. Some experimental results show that the method is effective and the precision is satisfactory in the reconstraction of the real objects.
