精神障害者・家族援助の限界性と可能性

抄録

The efficacy and limitation of the family care to the mentally disabled was discussed. First, we pointed out the limitation of caretaking function of families using the result of “Nationwide Survey on Families’ Welfare Needs”. Next we showed the fundamental framework of the family support functioning from the viewpoint of the families’ daily life, making clear the relationship between this family functioning and Expressed Emotion(EE). Finally we discussed the goals of family support programs.
